A new year for InkMind

Happy New Year Everyone! I hope the holidays treated everyone kindly and you are all ready for the new year. I was lucky to be able to spend time with my family, and even managed to bake some traditional Hungarian goodies.

As you may have noticed, we re-worked our menus. We did this to simplify the page and to be able to categorise works better. Instead of author profiles appearing under posts, everything that isn’t written by me will be in it’s own menu with the name of the author. This way it will be easy to find all works from a certain author. We are working on collaborating with new authors and hope that we’ll be able to upload their works in Q1 2026.

Over on InkMindLive and InkMindTube, I am returning this week with Baldur’s Gate 3 and other adventures in the coming weeks. For anyone following on InkMindLive, I would like to highlight our Discord channel again. Please feel free to join and chat with me and all other members of InkMind.

Speaking of online communities!

We opened the official InkMind Facebook group. In this group you’ll be able to read poetry and other works from Venar Marton, take part in conversations about books, vote in polls, and much more!

I also wrote up the list of books I am planning on reading or re-reading this year, and I decided that this will mark the beginning of the InkMind book club. Eah month I’ll share at least one book I will be reading. I will also share information about where you can buy the book. At the end of the month I’ll either write a full review or talk about the book on InkMind Live. You can join me in my reading journey and I welcome everyone to join the discussions at the end of each month. The list of books and short ratings will be available on the official InkMind Goodreads.

The first book on my list is:
When the Moon Hatched by Sarah A. Parker.
(Available: Amazon, Audible)
